Did you know that when you help someone,
the help is returned in two-fold?

Did you know that it's easier to say what you feel in writing
than saying it to someone in the face?
But did you know that it has more value when you say it to their face?

Did you know that if you ask for something in faith,
your wishes are granted?

Did you know that you really can make all your dreams come true?
like falling in love,
becoming rich,
staying healthy?

If you ask for it by faith,
and if you really believe,
you'd be surprised by what you could do.

S/he who has a “why” to live
can bear almost any
“how”.  3
Find what you love and put your heart and soul, mind and body into it.

When all the rivers of blood, sweat, and tears have watered the seeds
of this passion, flower of your dreams, there will come a pause, where
the sheer sight, sound, smell, and feel of it will be, simultaneously,
that of a peaceful calm and an exhilarating joy.

There is only One force
supporting you absolutely.
It is called
Love. 7
There really is very little that is absolutely new in the universe.
Over the eons thousands of people have expressed their insights and shared
their truths: all of them facets of the elemental truth we are all part of, but
which must always be elusive to us, for we shall ever only attain our version of it.

That is how it is meant to be. We can only grasp that elemental truth as filtered
through our state of being at any given moment; meaning that our understanding
will change and grow as we change and grow – grasping it differently and more
clearly each time, yet never its totality. And yet also aware that our goal is to
get closer to that “Truth”: to re-connect with the “One”.

Of the many insights of that Truth, is the one shared below: although
expressed  by several people, they flow and integrate into a cohesive whole –
because they reflect the same orientation. 1
Too often we underestimate the power of a touch,
a smile, a kind word, a listening ear. . .
an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring . . .
all of which have the potential to turn a life around.

What if the question is not
why am I so infrequently the person I really want to be,
but
why do I so infrequently want to be the person I really am? 6
Did you know that those who appear to be very
strong in heart, are really weak and most
susceptible?

Did you know that those who spend their time
protecting others are the ones that really need
someone to protect them?

Did you know that the three most difficult things to
say are:
I love you,
Sorry,
      and
              Help me?

Did you know that those who dress in Red
are more confident in themselves?

Did you know that those who dress in
Yellow
are those that enjoy their beauty?

Did you know that those who dress in
Black,
are those who want to be unnoticed
and need your help and understanding?
